Mother’s Weekend Retreat:

SPRING INTO BEING

Saturday, March 18 – Sunday, March 19, 2017
With Jaclyn Long, Jalene Salus and Chef Alison Lemons

Don’t miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, practice yoga and meditation, take a dip in the saline pool, decompress in the hot tub, pamper yourself with a massage, eat scrumptious organic food (vegan / gluten free options) and truly refuel so you can return home feeling deeply refreshed!

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

Gather together with us for a beautiful, nourishing, and embodied experience as we head toward the Spring Solstice (March 20)! Come home with renewed tips for nutrition, self-care practices, & rituals that support your mind, body & spirit in the season of Spring.

As we step out of the darker, more introspective season of Winter, we open into Spring with a reawakening of vital energy, allowing for a renewal of our selves. Our creative expression begins to spark with new light. Flowers & butterflies beckon with their vibrant wings, and we are reminded of our own pure beauty. Our bodies are alive with movement & dance and we are nourished with vibrant greens & juices. We are tilling the soil, planting the seeds for new life. What is sprouting up in your soul this Spring, seeking the light of day and more expression in this world?

Through this retreat, you will:

Learn how to nourish your body, mind & spirit with health and wellness practices deeply rooted in Spring. Practice yoga, enjoy walking meditation through the Redwoods, engage in healing rituals, swim in the saline pool, soak in the hot tub, walk the labyrinth, and connect with other women on the path of conscious motherhood. Come home with recipes, essential oils, tangible practices for self care, & new rituals for supporting a healthy & connected family.
