MOM & CHILD YOGA & MINDFULNESS MINI RETREAT

Cultivate gratitude together with your kids on Sunday, Nov 20. Join us for an enriching day of family friendly mind-body practices in this season of giving thanks. Devote some luxurious time to nourishing your connection with your children, as we empower them with a gratitude mind-set that they can carry around with them their entire lives!

Our skilled facilitators will guide you and your kids through a variety of mindfulness practices. Some of these practices will be very quiet and inward, some will be touching and sweet, and others will be very playful and fun!

Together, you and your children will have the opportunity to learn:

  • “Wow!” mindset
  • SILENT: A gratitude practice
  • Mindfulness meditation
  • Mindful yoga
  • Mindful walking
  • Mindful eating
  • Mindful listening
  • Mindful dance and movement

This retreat is designed for you & your kids ages 5-12 years old.

FAQs

Should I bring a yoga mat?

Yes, please bring a yoga mat or towel for you and each of your children.

Do I need to buy a ticket for each person attending, including children?

Yes – please purchase a ticket for you and for each of your children ages 5 to 12. The proceeds from this event will be put towards the Mind Body Spirit Moms scholarship fund, so that low-income mothers can participate in our Mindful Moms groups at no charge. Thank you for your support with our efforts to make sure all moms have access to the social / emotional support they need!

I have children who are older / younger. Can I bring them?

We would like to keep the age range between 5-12 years old, so we can really focus on teaching mindfulness to this age range. Thank you for understanding!

Can my husband come, too?

Yes! While this workshop is especially designed for mothers and children, we warmly welcome dads to attend too!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

If you are unable to attend the event, you may share your ticket / registration with another mom and child. Please do so on your own, and let us know, so we can have correct name tags!
