1:30-5pm FREE TIME: get a massage, relax by the pool, SUP in a river with mangrove trees, zip-lining tour, and more!
5pm- 5:20pm Seated Mindfulness Meditation
5:20-5:30pm Walking meditation
5:30-5:45pm Watch sunset / swim
6-7:30pm Dinner
8pm-10pm Check-in & Evening Restorative / Yin Yoga with Jackie
