“To leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; To know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived, This is to have succeeded.” –Ralph Waldo Emerson

All donations to our scholarship fund allow low-income moms throughout the SF Bay Area to attend our Mindful Moms groups.

Our groups empower moms with well-researched and evidence-based tools to decrease anxiety, improve mood and parent more consciously.

  • $45 allows us to provide a low-income mom with a 2-hour Mindful Moms class

  • $450 supports a low-income mom for 2 hours a week for 10 weeks (one full session)

  • $1,800 supports a low-income mom for 2 hours a week throughout the year; or 4 moms for 10 weeks

  • $6,750 supports 15 low-income moms for 10 weeks

  • $27,000 supports 15 low-income moms for 2 hours a week throughout the year; or 60 moms for 10 weeks

Any donation amount is warmly encouraged, even if it is not in $45 increments.

We need your help to make sure the low-income moms in our community can receive our supportive services!

We are operating under fiscal sponsorship of the Social Good Fund, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization

“There is no single effort more radical in its potential for saving the world than a transformation of the way we raise our children.”
–Marianne Williamson

We believe that one of the best ways to help transform the way we raise our children is to make sure that mothers are getting the support they need. To this end, we have established partnerships with local organizations to expand our outreach. Our partnerships include:

  • East Palo Alto Library

  • Palo Alto Medical Foundation

  • Mountain View Library

  • Hatch Elementary School

  • Jenny’s Light

  • Stanford University Health Improvement Program

We give special thanks to our generous donors.
