All donations to our scholarship fund allow low-income moms throughout the SF Bay Area to attend our Mindful Moms groups.
Our groups empower moms with well-researched and evidence-based tools to decrease anxiety, improve mood and parent more consciously.
Being a mom is hard work. We need each other to parent well.
Moms in the Mind, Body & Spirit group report:

“There is no single effort more radical in its potential for saving the world than a transformation of the way we raise our children.”
We believe that one of the best ways to help transform the way we raise our children is to make sure that mothers are getting the support they need. To this end, we have established partnerships with local organizations to expand our outreach. Our partnerships include:
East Palo Alto Library
Palo Alto Medical Foundation
Mountain View Library
Hatch Elementary School
Stanford University Health Improvement Program
We give special thanks to our generous donors.
