These all-inclusive prices include the full yoga & mindfulness workshop, 7 nights accommodations, 3 gourmet vegetarian meals each day (vegan and gluten free options available upon request), taxes and use of yoga room and yoga props.

Only 12 rooms are available for our group, so please register early so you can have optimal choice of accommodations. To reserve your spot in this epic retreat, please:

- Send a $500 deposit (transferable, but non-refundable) per person. You can pay via Venmo, Paypal, credit card, check or money order.

- Once we have your deposit, we will secure your choice of accommodation.
- Send the full amount by May 1, 2018.

Surf Lesson Package:
BEGINNERS: For $250, enjoy 3 surf lessons with a world-class team of instructors, followed by 2 days of 2-hr surf board rental so you can practice what you have learned on your own for 2 hours for the last 2 days. Want more time with the instructors? For $350, enjoy 5 days of surf lessons with an instructor by your side!
INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED surfers can surf on their own at no additional fee. A wide variety of surfboards are available for rent at $20/day. Please fill out the registration form, and/or let Jaclyn know if you would like to rent a board for the week.

The eco-cottages are situated in lush vegetation, and their natural wood frame structure allow for a sensual being-in-touch experience with nature. Each cottage sleeps two people and has a private bathroom with solar hot water. Everything runs on solar powered electricity to provide an ecological setting. Cottages are at a short hike up a stone stairway from the main building. Please note: there are several stairs to take to get up/down the hill, but the Blue Spirit staff will carry your bags for you on arrival and departure days!
Hermitage Rooms with A/C (Queen or 2 twin beds):

These rooms are specifically designed for singles, providing privacy and elegance, while being inexpensive. Some rooms have a queen bed with partial views of the ocean or some of the mountains nearby, and all rooms have a private bathroom with solar hot water and a natural ventilation system. Also available with two twin beds.
Nature Suites w/ AC (King or 2 twin beds):

The suites are cozy and situated on a hillside overlooking lush vegetation. They feature private bathrooms and a outdoor shower overlooking the jungle. Each suite sleeps two people, has a separate enclosed porch with a desk, and solar hot water as well as A/C. The suites are a short walk up the hill to the main building.
Mountain View w/ AC (King or 2 twin beds):

These rooms are a part of the main building, and have step-out balconies with beautiful Mountain views. The rooms are tastefully furnished and provide the perfect space for 2 people. Each room has a king-size bed or two twins with a private bathroom with solar hot water and air conditioning.
Pacifico Cottage w/ AC (Private Setting, Queen bed, with hammock on porch):

Tucked away in a private setting amidst the tropical gardens, these stand alone cottages are close enough to the beach that the sound of the Ocean will rock you into sleep. The Pacifico Cottages feature a private porch with hammock, queen-size bed, outdoor shower, and air conditioning. From the main building the cottages are a short walk down the hill. Please note: There are several stairs to take to get up/down the hill, but the Blue Spirit staff will carry your bags for you on arrival and departure days!
Getting To Nosara:
Please note that you will need a passport to travel to Costa Rica
We recommend that you fly into Liberia International Airport (the airport code is “LIR”). It is a 2.5 hour drive from LIR to Nosara. We highly recommend that you reserve a shuttle through Blue Spirit for $60 by clicking here: http://www.bluespiritcostarica.com/shuttle-reservations. Blue Spirit has multiple shuttles picking participants up at the Liberia Airport on Saturdays from 12-4pm and then 7-8:30pm. These shuttles are reliable and easy to use. If you need transportation out of the 12-4pm or 7-8:30pm schedule, please see the options listed on the link provided by Blue Spirit. If you choose not to reserve a shuttle through Blue Spirit, you can rent a taxi to/from LIR for about $160 each way, or rent a car for the week for about $250. Another option is to fly into the San Jose International Airport in Costa Rica. Nosara is about a 4.5 to 5 hour drive from San Jose, and a taxi costs $240 each way.
