MINDFUL MOMS GROUPS

Mindfulness-Based Wellness for Moms in the San Francisco Bay Area

Our Mindful Moms groups offer well researched and evidence-based tools to support health and wellness for moms. Neuroscience research has demonstrated the powerful benefits of mindfulness meditation, including its ability to reduce stress, improve mood, boost focus and attention, and treat chronic conditions such as anxiety and chronic pain.

At Mindful Moms, we come together to nurture our minds, bodies and hearts in a supportive community through the practice of mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga, authentic sharing, and community building exercises. Each week we explore different themes related to mindfulness and motherhood. Our emphasis is placed on creating a deep sense of community, which is essential for us as mothers. Indeed, most of the moms in our groups come back session after session. As one mom from our group put it, “Here I have found what I’ve been looking for!” We all share a vital need for meaningful social connection. Wise moms get and stay connected! Come try one of our introductory sessions – free of charge!
