Come join us for an 8-week series. Enjoy experiential learning about integrative nutrition, while being a part of a nurturing & supportive circle of women. Jalene Salus will facilitate an engaging dialogue about integrative nutrition for women’s overall health and wellness.
We will discuss nutritional concepts such as: understanding primary and secondary foods, essential nourishment for women, exploring a wide range of dietary theories, understanding how to eat intuitively for your body type, living with the seasons & feeding the whole family. We will enjoy sampling vital greens, easy-to-make healthy snacks & seasonal foods that you can make at home. Experiential learning will be offered to actively embody healthy traditions, mindfulness activities, & self care practices that can truly feed our whole selves!
During the second half of each group, Jalene will help us create a safe and nurturing space to share authentically and feel supported by the loving group of women. This circle we create together will offer space to remember, reclaim & celebrate anew in our whole, authentic selves as women.

Jalene is a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Counselor as well as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. She is also a mindfulness instructor, parent educator and mother. She is passionate about inspiring others to live healthy, authentic, and dynamic lives that reflect their greatest potential. She helps people make lifestyle choices that transform their families, communities, and the world.
Jalene offers holistic nutrition counseling and individual, couple, & family therapy. She also leads workshops and retreats on integrative health topics, provides wellness consulting, mindfulness instruction, parenting education and coaching.
